Our teachers

Who is in the room

Hillary, Yasiel and Shardae lead most classes and every show. Other teachers join them for individual levels, and the schedule names the teacher for each class.

A note from the director

Why we put on our own shows

A show written for the students in the room gives each of them something to learn, whether they sing the first line or stand in the last row of the chorus.

We write a new one every year, with parts for different ages and different voices, and we rehearse it the way a theatre does: one scene at a time, until everyone in it knows what it is for.
